How much does move-out cleaning cost in Singapore?
Move-out cleaning is priced by unit size and condition, since an empty studio and a lived-in larger flat need different time. Send your flat type on WhatsApp and CleanAxisCo will confirm a fixed price before you book.
Will move-out cleaning help me get my deposit back?
It gives you the best chance. We clean the cabinets, window tracks, skirting and high-touch areas that landlords and agents inspect, so the unit is presented in handover-ready condition. If the landlord flags a missed area, our re-clean guarantee covers it.
What is the difference between move-in and move-out cleaning?
Both deep clean the whole unit. Move-out cleaning prepares the home for handover to the landlord or next tenant, while move-in cleaning sanitises the unit before you settle in. The scope is the same, only the timing changes.
Do I need to be there during the clean?
No, as long as we have access to the unit. Many tenants and landlords arrange key access, and we send an update when the job is done so you can schedule the inspection.
