How do I book a clean?

Message us on WhatsApp at +65 8659 6594 with your service, home size and preferred day. We reply with a fixed price and a slot, usually the same week. You can also use the instant-price tool on any service page.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, rescheduling is free. Just let us know as early as you can on WhatsApp.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

For general cleaning we encourage you to be home during the session. For post-renovation, move-in, move-out and spring cleaning you do not need to be present, as long as we have access, and we send an update when the job is done.

How much does cleaning cost with CleanAxisCo?

Home cleaning starts from $66 for 3 hours and post-renovation from $288 including complimentary steam. Mattress steam cleaning starts from $48. Every price is fixed and confirmed on WhatsApp before you book.

How do I pay, and are there instalments?

Pay by GrabPay, ShopeePay (SPayLater) or Atome, including interest-free instalments. The fixed price is confirmed before we start, with no hidden charges.

Is there any extra charge on weekends or public holidays?

No. There is no extra charge on public holidays or weekends, and equipment and supplies are provided.

What products and equipment do you use?

We bring our own professional cleaning equipment and supplies, standardised for every job. Please note we are not able to cater to specific allergy or sensitivity requirements.

Who are the cleaners, and are they the same each time?

We use our own trained team, uniformed and background-checked, not random marketplace workers. For recurring bookings the same familiar faces return.

What if I am not happy with the clean?

We check the job with you before we leave, and if anything is missed our team rectifies it on the spot.

How much does post-renovation cleaning cost in Singapore?

It starts from $288 for a studio, 1-room or 2-room HDB and scales by flat type up to $468 for a 5-room, executive apartment or maisonette. Every tier includes complimentary steam cleaning.

Should I clean before or after moving in furniture?

Clean before your furniture arrives. Post-renovation cleaning reaches floors, skirting, window tracks and cabinet interiors that are impossible to clean once the home is full.

Do you remove cement haze and paint marks?

We remove fine renovation dust as part of every post-renovation clean. We do not guarantee removal of paint marks, glue marks or residue, but our team will try their best. Heavy cement, epoxy removal and marble polishing are specialist jobs and are not included.

How much does mattress and sofa cleaning cost?

Mattress steam cleaning starts from $48 (single), $58 super single, $78 queen, $98 king. Sofa cleaning starts from $80 (1-seater) up to $200 (4-seater). Curtains from $69. Prices vary by size, so the fastest way is to build your instant quote.

Does upholstery steam cleaning kill dust mites?

Yes. High-temperature steam and hot water extraction remove dust mites, allergens and bacteria from deep inside the fabric, killing up to 99% of bacteria and allergens, which matters in Singapore's humidity.

How often should I clean my mattress?

In Singapore's humidity, a mattress steam clean every 3 to 6 months keeps dust mites and bacteria down.

Will move-out cleaning help me get my deposit back?

It gives you the best chance. We clean the cabinets, window tracks, skirting and high-touch areas that landlords and agents inspect, so the unit is presented in handover-ready condition. If anything is missed, our team rectifies it on the spot before we leave.

What is the difference between regular and deep cleaning?

Regular cleaning maintains the home week to week, while a deep or spring clean reaches the buildup that regular cleaning skips: window tracks, cabinet tops, grout, grilles and hidden corners. Most homes are done in 5 to 6 hours.

Can I book a clean for just one or two rooms?

We price each job per unit based on your flat size, not per room or per service, so we do not offer single-room a la carte cleaning. Tell us your flat type and we will confirm one fixed price.
