CleanAxisCo Pte Ltd ("CleanAxisCo", "we", "us") respects your privacy. We only collect what we need to quote, schedule and deliver a clean:
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- The service address and details about the property and job (unit type, size, scope, add-ons).
- Booking and scheduling details, and messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or our forms.
- Payment is handled by third-party providers (for example GrabPay, ShopeePay and Atome). We do not store your full card or bank details on our systems.
- Basic website usage data through cookies and analytics, such as pages viewed and device type.
If you give us personal data about another person, for example a family member or tenant, you confirm that you have their permission to share it with us. Please make sure the details you give us are accurate and complete so we can serve you properly.
How we use your information
- To prepare a quote, confirm a fixed price, and schedule and carry out your clean.
- To contact you about your booking, reschedule, or answer a question.
- To take payment through our payment providers.
- To improve our services and website.
- To send you updates or offers, only where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
Cookies and usage data
Our website uses cookies and basic analytics to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. This may include your device type, browser, IP address, the pages you view and the time spent on them. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Who we share it with
